Yes, I Am Still Delivering Flowers

Despite the uncertainty of COVID-19, I expect to continue to deliver the same level of service and excellence to my customers. I am here to serve you and continue to operate safely and effectively.

At Loreta Daka Floral Boutique LLC, I want to assure you that I am taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of my clients and family. My studio will be closed at this present time. However, I am happy to announce that Loreta Daka Floral Boutique LLC, is now open for No-Contact Delivery Services!

I am closely monitoring the situation and adhering to all CDC protocols and guidelines. I regularly sanitize all work stations, shared spaces, delivery vehicles, and products. Although the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers. I promise, to remain vigilant in working to ensure safety remains my top priority.

Specific steps I have taken to protect myself and my customers:

• My temperature will be taken at the start of each day and I will be wearing protective gear and a disposable apron while handling floral arrangements. 
• I will practice safe hand washing, sanitizing, daily cleaning and disinfecting methods on all surfaces including door knobs, countertops, phones, keypads, keyboards, mice, tools, and equipment.
• I will be outfitted with gloves and a face mask while out on deliveries and all deliveries will be contactless!
• However, if contact is necessary, I will keep 6 feet of distance or more apart.
• Elimination of the “hand-deliveries” requirement.
• Floral arrangements will be left at the door and any surfaces touched outside the home will be immediately sanitized. 
• Business order deliveries will be determined upon company's protocols & guidelines. 
• I will follow-up with an immediate phone call to notify the recipient of delivery.
• Delivery vehicle will be disinfected at the end of each route.
• I will not be delivering to Nursing Homes or Hospitals at this time.
